S9 Activation
The S9 Activation Enzymes are available in the following product line. 
- Muta-ChromoPlate Basic Kit
- Muta-ChromoPlate Bacterial Strain kit

S9 Activation Components with EBPI's Product Line
The S9 Activation Enzymes for the Muta-ChromoPlate kit (Ames Test) allow for up to 10 plates of the Muta-ChromoPlate kit to be subject to the metabolic activation process.
The S9 Activation Enzymes for the SOS-ChromoPlate kit (Genotoxicity Test) allow for up to 2 SOS-ChromoTest Kit to be used with one set of S9 Activation Enzymes.
The S9 Activation Enzymes include the following:
• S9A MgCl2 + KCL
• S9B Glucose‐6‐Phosphate
• S9C NADP
• S9D Phosphate Buffer
• S9E Sterile Distilled Water
• S9F Rat Liver Extract
• 2AA Positive Control(s)

Please note that certian components of the S9 Activation Enzymes for the Muta-ChromoPlate kit (Ames Test) do differ from the components of the SOS-ChromoTest Kit (Genetic Toxicity Test).
