Q. How long does delivery take?

Once payment or a Purchase Order Number has been accepted by EBPI, products are typically shipped within 24-48 hours (please allow an additional 2-3 business days for bulk orders). Currently EBPI ships all of our toxicity tests and toxicity equipment via UPS Express (overnight delivery within Canada and the United States and 2-4 day delivery worldwide). EBPI Equipment, pipettes and plastics are subject to availability and may take 1-2 weeks for delivery. Non-temperature sensitive materials

Note: From time-to-time EBPI’s products encounter customs delays, though one of EBPI’s staff will work closely with UPS and international customs departments to ensure the shipments are delivered within a timely manner. EBPI’s kits have been designed to be shipped internationally. All reagents and organisms can withstand room temperature for up to 1-2 weeks, though it is recommended to store the reagents at the correct conditions upon delivery.

Q. Shipping and Storage Conditions

All EBPI toxicity tests include a temperature sensitivity sheet which outlines storage conditions; these conditions range from Room Temperature (20-25 degrees Celsius), Fridge (4 degrees Celsius) or Freezer (-20 degrees Celsius). EBPI’s products DO NOT require -80 freezers for storage of bacterial cultures, thus allowing our toxicity tests to be used in smaller laboratory facilities. During shipping, all EBPI toxicity tests are shipped in insulated containers containing ice packs to keep reagents and bacteria cool during shipping. If you prefer dry ice during the shipping process, this can be included for a small service fee.

Q. Warranty

EBPI warrants that, at the time of shipment, the products sold by it are free of defects in material and workmanship, and conform to company's specifications. Since actual experimental conditions prevailing at user's laboratory are beyond the control of EBPI or its representatives, EBPI makes no other warranty, express or implied, with respect to the products. Notification of any breach of warranty must be made within 120 days of delivery. The sole and exclusive remedy of the customer for any liability of EBPI of any kind, including liability based upon warranty (express or implied, whether contained herein or elsewhere) is limited to the replacement of the products or the refund of the invoice price of the products.
